SEUR is our transport company for all shipments. You will receive an email with your Tracking Number once your order has left our warehouse.

Our carrier ships Monday through Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third unsuccessful attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once you have confirmed your order, you will not be able to change your delivery address. Working days are from Monday to Friday until 14h. All orders that are produced from that time will begin to compute by 8 am the next day. For example, if an order is made on Friday at 15h. the delivery time will begin to compute from Monday at 8h.

All orders are processed automatically and we cannot anticipate or delay shipping times.

The customs expenses will be charged to the client.

Shipping Restrictions

Paloma Barceló does not currently ship to Apartados de Correos, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands. Orders placed for any of these addresses will be cancelled.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns Policy

You can return any product purchased in our online store within 14 days of the delivery date.

To make a return follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Service department to request the collection of the items to be returned wherever you prefer.

Make sure that the merchandise to be returned is in its original condition, with labels and packaging included. Otherwise Paloma Barceló will not be able to accept your return.

Once the package arrives at our address, please wait 3-7 days to process your return. If your return does not meet the above conditions, we will send the package back to you. When your return is accepted, we will process the refund and you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds

Normally returns are accepted during the first 3 days after the items arrive at our warehouse and we check that it meets the requirements. Once your return is accepted, we will immediately process the refund and send you a confirmation email.

The time required to process the refund may vary depending on the payment method used:

Credit card: Our bank will refund the refund amount 7 days after the accepted return confirmation email. How long it will take to see the amount on your account will depend on your credit card provider.

PayPal: You will receive the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours after receiving the accepted return confirmation email.
