Refund policy
IMPORTANT: All returns or exchanges must be notified to contact@palomabarcelo.com in order to be accepted.
Changes
To request a change of size, color or model you have to send us an email to: contact@palomabarcelo.com with the following information:
- Name
- Order number
- Phone number
- Model, color and size purchased
- Model, color and size to be replaced
- Reason for exchange
In addition, please note the following:
- You have 14 days to request an exchange from the date of delivery of your order.
- The first exchange is free of charge. If you order a more expensive model, you will have to pay the difference in price, but the shipping and/or collection of the new pair will still be free of charge.
- For subsequent exchanges on the same order, the shipping and/or collection costs will be borne by the customer.
Returns
You have 14 days to request a return from the date of delivery of your order. The cost of the return is at the customer's expense. You have 3 options to do it:
- You can go to any of our stores located in Spain and the return will be free of charge (you will find the list at the end of the policy).
- You can request that we manage the collection by writing us an email to: contact@palomabarcelo.com. Please note that in this case the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. This cost depending on your location will be as follows:
- Spain: 5€.
- Rest of European Union countries and UK: 15€ the first pair, 5€ extra for each additional pair of shoes.
- United States: 50€ the first pair, 5€ for each additional pair of shoes.
