Refund policy

IMPORTANT: All returns or exchanges must be notified to contact@palomabarcelo.com in order to be accepted.

Changes

To request a change of size, color or model you have to send us an email to: contact@palomabarcelo.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Phone number
  • Model, color and size purchased
  • Model, color and size to be replaced
  • Reason for exchange

In addition, please note the following:

  • You have 14 days to request an exchange from the date of delivery of your order.
  • The first exchange is free of charge. If you order a more expensive model, you will have to pay the difference in price, but the shipping and/or collection of the new pair will still be free of charge.
  • For subsequent exchanges on the same order, the shipping and/or collection costs will be borne by the customer.

Returns


You have 14 days to request a return from the date of delivery of your order. The cost of the return is at the customer's expense. You have 3 options to do it:


  1. You can go to any of our stores located in Spain and the return will be free of charge (you will find the list at the end of the policy).
  2. You can request that we manage the collection by writing us an email to: contact@palomabarcelo.com. Please note that in this case the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. This cost depending on your location will be as follows:
  • Spain: 5€.
  • Rest of European Union countries and UK: 15€ the first pair, 5€ extra for each additional pair of shoes.
  • United States: 50€ the first pair, 5€ for each additional pair of shoes.
